I wrote about a year of running a lot of miles and races and still getting out there as an old guy and enjoying it.

Friends, it was an excellent year for music! A few of my favorite veteran bands released new tunes which is comforting for an older gent like me.

I’ve been going to Vic’s regularly since I was a kid, it’s my favorite pizza place and favorite restaurant.
